ELSA organizes high-caliber in-person and online training on current and relevant topics in education. Our programs include the annual Teacher Development Day, focused Spotlights workshops, and Webinars for online learning. Each is designed to draw on the expertise of faculty and staff from member schools, with themes selected to meet the needs of a diverse international teaching community.
ELSA's professional development gathers the best in international education expertise, and practice and opportunities for this kind of professional development are quite rare.
Our Flagship Event: Teacher Development Day (TDD)
The ELSA TDD is the largest teacher training summit in France for educators in international schools, drawing close to 300 participants each year. The full-day conference offers around 40 workshops and presentations across ten streams, plus a large exhibiting area connecting delegates with leading educational companies.
Spotlights: Workshops on Personalised Themes
Spotlights are half- or full-day workshops organised exclusively for ELSA member schools, focused on a theme or topic of your choice.
Webinars: Professional Development, Online
Webinars are live online sessions open to ELSA member schools, covering current topics in teaching, learning and school leadership.
